Did not meet expectations. I purchased 2021 Honda pilot exl deal breaker for me was getting atheist two keys. I signed for two keys the extra keys left in the vehicle turned o I purchased 2021 Honda pilot exl deal breaker for me was getting atheist two keys. I signed for two keys the extra keys left in the vehicle turned out to be for a Hyundai which was returned 04/25/24 8:58 pm handed to Sales rep Jeremiah. 2nd Honda keys not received. Hassle not able to preset seat position. Also one month later I am still vacuuming and tweezing pet hair from the vehicle after paying so much money for pre-delivery service and dealer fees. The car was not cleaNed either. I spend hours getting into acceptable condition. Financing is bundling and monthly payment oriented despite all attempts on getting transparency on itemization of total amount financed. Not helpful having USB documentation only. Should have option for paper where figures and details can be easily read. I am committed to making my payments as I've done here multiple times before. I'm not having with the extra work and cost i am incurring due to inconveniences with the pet hair and only one key fob, an added security risk. I am being forced to either make a claim for a replacement key fob or re-key the car and get two fobs for peace of mind. I am not happy at all More
