Fabio is the best -- he helped us find the right car and there was no pressure on us at all. He knows everything about cars and is so friendly, we enjoyed spending a couple hours with him while we picked ou there was no pressure on us at all. Low pressure sales. The sales person I worked with (Fabio) did not run back and forth to the sales manager like at other dealerships and did not forcefully try to get me The sales person I worked with (Fabio) did not run back and forth to the sales manager like at other dealerships and did not forcefully try to get me to buy anything. He explained my options in a professional and easy to understand way. The business manager, Michael, was the same. He explained my options without a hard sell. Totally grateful for that. Cityside Subaru will be much nicer once the new facilities are completed. Also, got a good trade-in price for my old Honda. Much appreciated. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. More
