I have been in the car business since I got out of the Army in 1992. I started in the detail department cleaning cars. I was out of the business for a few years doing other things and got back in it selling. I have worked my way up in managing, (BDC) and now a Floor Mgr and Sales Mgr. I have been married 25 years and have 2 kids, a 26 year old son, and a 16 year old daughter.

I took my vehicle in for a recall for a knock sensor and have had nothing but problems every since. Funny thing is I never had a single problem prior to the recall. From the start of my experience from Diehl Kia the people there treated me with kindness and were very helpful. They treated me with respect and did not try to force anything on me that I did not want. Mad there treated me with kindness and were very helpful. They treated me with respect and did not try to force anything on me that I did not want. Maddie was by far the kindest person, she stayed late when literally the place was closed to show me how to use the digital information in my car. She never complained or whined about having to help me with things that I did not understand. John kept track of everything that was going on with my car, even text and called to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car. Colleen caught a big mistake that the bank made and helped me to resolve this issue even after closing time. I could not have asked for a better group of people to help me out when I was looking for a new car. More
