Alexander and Marcus was very professional and informative....I found the car I wanted on line and was waiting from 4-7:30 to finalizing the SALE.. with no outcome... I left and came back the next day .Since I wasn't financing and paying cash they could not give me a break on all those extra's I didn't want.......Your Financial Service Leader EVAN LEMONS walked in the room like he was doing us a favor..and making faces when I didn't know what he was talking about ....He was Arrogant (in fact I told him so).and very unprofessional..Having an accident and needing a car immediately I would have left the first day....I will never go back and will get my car serviced at one of your other dealers in Pompano Beach. I’m applaud at the level of misrepresentation and manipulation displayed at this dealership. The mannerisms of some employees are unacceptable and it spoils it for the caring employees. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever dealt with in my 52 years of life. They say one thing, but once you in finance, they change there terms and prices with blatant lies. Well, I bought a used truck and arranged with the manager to be picked up in a couple of days, he agreed, upon paying for the truck, the finance person London Jackson , started to yell at me to take the truc to be picked up in a couple of days, he agreed, upon paying for the truck, the finance person London Jackson , started to yell at me to take the truck right away, in front of the manager who said nothing, London followed me outside and again yelled at the top of his voice to take the truck in front of customers and employees, I was never so embarrassed in my life, , I told him to shut out after a while, the truck was not even detailed yet, I came back the next day and picked up the vehicle, would never do business there again More
