We have done two purchases and four leases with Norm Johnston of Naples Acura over the past nine years. We always have an excellent experience with Norm. This is my second purchase transaction at Naples Acura. I did consider other manufacturers and dealerships in the Naples area but the product and people here at Naples Acura won me over again. Working with Zack Fier, Ross Levy and especially Norman Johnson made the experience a pleasant one. Norman's concern for my total satisfaction in the process was delightful for me. Additionally other associates made themselves available on technical matters. Joe and sparky , thank you definitely beyond the call to duty. Over the years, I’ve purchased at least 6 cars from this dealership and salesman Norm Johnston. Everyone involved in the process is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and focused.
