I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Askew (sales agent) who went above and beyond to assist me with my car purchase--BMW X1. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a (sales agent) who went above and beyond to assist me with my car purchase--BMW X1. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He took time to listen to my needs and preferences, and patiently answered all my questions; when he didn't know the answer, he was honest and humble enough to admit it (he recommended that I schedule an appointment with one of the Geniuses to help with those questions). Throughout the entire purchasing process, he provided valuable insights and most importantly, he never pressured me into making a decision. At one point, I decided to go to CarMax to see if I could get a better offer for my car; in my experience, most sales agents would have pressured us to not do this but not Ron--he was still supportive and welcomed us back when we returned from CarMax. Even after purchasing and taking the car home, he still promptly answers all my text messages and he avails himself to talk with me whenever I have questions. Overall, I had a great experience with Ron and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and helpful car agent (5/5 rating). More

The most painless car buying experience I've ever had. I live in Illinois and have been looking for a certain trim model for months all over the country. I found it at Silver Spring and worked with Ron on all the details. He gave me no xx transparent pricing and condition of car. Car was listed on Sunday night and under contract few days later. Flew out Saturday morning and Drove it back 700+ Miles back home without a problem. More
