What Others Say

Took my Gladiator in to get an oil leak diagnosed and repaired. Left 4 hours later being told that they won't work on it till I wash the undercarriage and with a new crack in my windshield that ran about 75-80% of the height of my windshield. Service Director, David, let me know in no uncertain terms that it was my problem to deal with.

Tony is a nice guy but these windshield addendums and overall premium prices only add to the stereotype that car dealers are not honest.

Went to buy a truck all I got was the runaround .there finance manager trying to tell me a bunch of crap to have a high interest rate . Don’t do business here

I purchased my Jeep at Tallahassee Jeep on June 30th. I do not have copies of all agreements signed as flash drive provided me was faulty. Have not yet received copies. Please resend and overnight. Please confirm when received and please confirm when overnighted. Please include all items signed when I purchased. John Dillard

Worst experience ever. Fraud on my loan. Can sold to me has problems that make the airbags quit working and never the I owe you.

First, I have to laugh when reading the positive reviews. I wonder who really writes them. There is either a very poor rating of one star or it is five star. I go with one star. Anyway, it is a dealership that is only interested in a sale on their terms. Be very careful not to get sucked into a deal that suddenly have large fees. I have worked with a number of dealerships over the years that were much easier and without excessive fees. Please do your homework on what charges above your agreed deal are really appropriate. Some good explanations online. If you have to pay MSRP and unwarranted charges, move on. I don't have personal experience with the service department but it is a concern with me what is their reputation. Someone I know has been dissatisfied with that service department.
