NIGHTMARE. Still waiting for my registration from them after 5 weeks. Gave me a DIRTY loaner car with a half a tank of gas (I guess because it was an EV it was suppose to last) Had to scream to get the car they sold me cleaned. Just a horrendous experience. Now I can't wait for the service department. HELP ME!!!

All good things come to an end. Sussex Honda decided to start robbing their loyal customers. How dare you add a surcharge to a $700 repair bill because all I had on my was my credit card. That is the last time you rob me. I have taken my business elsewhere. It’s a shame. they have a very good service department but I will not pay a surcharge to use my CC. Also, you staff was very rude and unprofessional in handling an upset customer.

Wish I can say good things. I made a deal with the sales person only to be called by the manager, John, to be told that they made an error and are rescinding the offer. After an unwarranted misogynistic and gaslighting conversation with this manager, he eventually agreed to honor the initial offer. We agreed that I would come in to make a deposit and nothing will change until then. Unfortunately, when I got there, the car I was sold. I would be cautious about doing business with the dealership as it is obvious they lack integrity and professionalism, and do not respect the customers

We've been Sussex Honda customers for over 22 years and our experience yesterday with Danny, Service Advisor is the reason why. Danny went over and above his job description to help us out when we needed emergency help. He stepped up and helped us himself without asking for anything in return. Service like what Danny, and all the rest of the Sussex Honda folks, give every day is why we will remain customers of the Sussex Honda family!

Sussex Honda - It does not get better than this! Having been to many dealerships in my lifetime, this is one of the best dealerships that is still around. The entire dealership team from Gary to Jeff were "Top Shelf" professionals. They showed a genuine concern for the customer's concerns and answered all of my questions. They made the process of buying a vehicle simple and explained everything that was involved with the purchase so that there were no sudden surprises when I went to closing the deal. Dealerships in this day following the Pandemic should take a lesson from this dealership when doing business. Thanks to the team at Sussex Honda, you made this purchase a pleasure.
