We've been Sussex Honda customers for over 22 years and our experience yesterday with Danny, Service Advisor is the reason why. Danny went over and above his job description to help us out when we needed emergency help. He stepped up and helped us himself without asking for anything in return. Service like what Danny, and all the rest of the Sussex Honda folks, give every day is why we will remain customers of the Sussex Honda family!
Sussex Honda - It does not get better than this! Having been to many dealerships in my lifetime, this is one of the best dealerships that is still around. The entire dealership team from Gary to Jeff were "Top Shelf" professionals. They showed a genuine concern for the customer's concerns and answered all of my questions. They made the process of buying a vehicle simple and explained everything that was involved with the purchase so that there were no sudden surprises when I went to closing the deal. Dealerships in this day following the Pandemic should take a lesson from this dealership when doing business. Thanks to the team at Sussex Honda, you made this purchase a pleasure.

I have had my vehicles serviced at Sussex Honda for over 10 years this past weekend my experience was even greater then normal. I made the appointment knowing that the car would need to be dropped off but then had something unexpected come up that I could not miss. I was able to quickly drop off and get on with the day, my vehicle was completed quicker than I expected. When i was able to pick up everything was ready to go. My vehicle drives better than it has in a few years. If you have a honda I highly recommen them, rhey get you an appointment quickly and get the work done, I have never been upsold for more than the car actually needed. Even at those time the service advisors would let me know what was most important and it was not just the most expensive item that was listed. We have had mutiple honda though this shop and have never been disappointed!
I've started my communications with the dealership by dialing the main number. The sales rep assigned to me was Christopher Burd. Chris was excellent with keeping me up-to-date through the purchasing process of my new vehicle. I was offered the best price I could find anywhere around my area (within a 2 hour drive). Everything went through as I expected. When I came to pick up my new car, it was ready for me. I found Pre-Delivery Inspection receipt in my glove box. Did a quick test drive around the block. After that moved forward with the purchase. It took approx. 2,5 hours (that included my 15 min test drive). The finance manager made me aware of all coverage options available. I did not feel pressured at any time during the signing process, which is extremely rare these days. I have to say it was the most pleasant experience with a dealership I had in the past. I would definitely come back to Sussex Honda to purchase my Honda's!
Extremely helpful. I was nervous about buying a new car and they really made it so much easier then expecting. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the staff!
