What Others Say

I took my car in for routine service and they were able to complete it quickly and efficiently including minor recall

Where do I begin, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I inquired about a used ram. Was told to come in and look and test drive it. When I got there the vehicle was on a service lift. So I decided to look at a different vehicle. They couldn’t find the keys for the other car, but said we could go out and look at it. Then someone from their staff locked us in the bullpen. Next day came back and test drove the initial vehicle we were interested in and decided to buy it. Got all done with making sure numbers were good, but then after waiting an hour and a half for the finance guy, we were told that he “got sick” and we would have to come back the next day to sign the paperwork. So came back in the next day, signed the paperwork and all was good. Three days later, after maybe 250 miles of driving (to and from work etc) the check engine light came on with multiple issues. So took it back to them. Got a call from a service guy basically stating that it was nothing that was there before and something I caused, which clearly it was not. Finally they agreed to take care of it. Had my truck for a week and half!!! After I got it back, the very next morning, the check engine light came back on. Same codes as before! Took it to an independent shop I trust and had them look at it. They found a cut hose that was clear as day!! How was this not caught!!! Also found a ton of mud underneath on components that they said they would clean off and didn’t. When I called them about this, they stated they could “unwind the deal and give me my old truck back, but I would have to pay $6000 for it”. In total ended up back at the dealership 7 times. Just an absolutely horrid experience. Lies lies and more lies. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!

Customer treated like family of Bud Clary. Service department takes care according to your needs and not what they want you to do. Our $ match.

Emanuel in th service department was fabulous. Great customer service kept me informed the cost of repairs and made sure it went under warranty, Thank you Emanuel

SOLD WRECKED CAR– Do Not Trust This Dealership Unfortunately, my mother-in-law, whose first language is not English, purchased a car from this dealership and was taken advantage of. The vehicle was marketed as “clean” (not salvage) but clearly had been in a serious accident. A cheap repair with bondo and paint was used to conceal the damage. Now, with seasonal temperature changes, a massive crack has appeared in the rear quarter panel and continues to worsen with driving. This crack reveals the extent of the prior damage, suggesting a significant collision that may have caused major structural issues. The repair was so poorly done that it’s failing within months of purchase. My mother-in-law works incredibly hard for her money, and this dealership has essentially stolen it. Specifically, Daniel Corkill and Emillio Dimas Jimenez chose to prioritize a quick profit over integrity. If they’re willing to deceive a hardworking grandmother, imagine what they might do to you. To anyone considering buying here: DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They knowingly sell unsafe, poorly repaired vehicles. Protect your family and your finances by steering clear of this place.

I brought my Jeep in for a repair. The day of repair i tried reaching out multiple times to figure out what the diagnosis was. No one would return a call or let me know anything. The next day I went to the service center to inquire on my vehicle and they claimed they didn't have my keys and were unable to look at my vehicle the day prior because of that. They assured me first thing Monday they would look at my Jeep. I called numerous times Monday with no answers. Found out at 5pm what the issue was as I was once again driving to the service center. They assured me once again first thing Tuesday morning my part would be placed and finished. Received a phone call from Ashlyn on Tuesday am stating she was off Friday and Saturday and it was my fault my car hadn't been looked at. I sent my so to the dealership to pick up my car. They had yet to change the battery. Ashlyn stated they weren't going to change it today. She spoke to a technician who changed it. Ashland gave the keys to the technician to move the car outside the garage area. The technician didn't move the car. I asked when he was planning on moving the car and he stated he wasn't. Ashlyn came flying out of the service center door stating she was waiting on me to pay my bill, I had a copy of paid bill in hand and then she told me the keys were in my car and I could take it. I asked if I was supposed to drive the car from the garage and she blank stared at me. This is the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never return to this place for any reason. If I was offered a free vehicle, I still would not return. I was never given an estimate for service repairs or estimate of what a battery would cost. I was told at 5pm I couldn't get a battery installed before 6pm when closing on Monday because they couldn't give me a price estimate, yet never received a price estimate my entire visit and then was hit with an 899$ bill for a battery replacement.
