I give this dealership an excellence dealership in having a great Tech as Stephen Telep. When he does any work on your vehicle let it be known that you had quality service. When I take anyy if my vehicles for service, I request that only Steve does the work. I have known Tony Katawick for a long time and I know that he is a great manager. He always responds to any question or concern. Finally, Steven Polotti makes the service area run smoothly and efficient. He is always available to respond to any question or concern regardless. If you reach out by telephone and he's not available, he will return your call even if it's his day off.
