Gilbert Martinez is very great and nice sale man and his manager Erik Cespedes is a handsome nice caring guy. He give us all weather floor mat from head to toe to keep our car clean. Car was delivered in good shape, but no front license plate mount. I finally discovered it under the floor in the cargo compartment. Had to install it myself. Then, there was no license plate frame. The sales person, Ken Nguyen, said he would send me one about a month ago but it hasn't appeared.
