I Dealt with Esther she was Terrific. I had to order my vehicle and she kept me informed each step of the way. She was also very considerate of my time. I was short on time, and she kept it moving. Understood that my time was valuable, and I appreciate that more than anything. The car was delivered to me ahead of time and all was a wonderful experience. This dealership service center is awful and very irresponsible. I bought a brand new car and the trunk stopped working after a month and already 3 months I am waiting for they gonna fix it, they could not fix it in the service center and told me would need to send it to the body shop but they could not provide me substitute car and they are not sure how many days the repair will take. Until now I have been waiting call back from the service center, regarding the available car that I can leave for repair. This is very frustrating, you are paying monthly payments but can not use your car.

Bought a Toyota 4 Runner from New Rochelle Toyota, the salesmen Arb and Elijah were very helpful they made my buying experience a very pleasant one.they were courteous,professional and knowledgeable. I suggest you ask for these guys when visiting.
