The service advisors there are honest and 100% want to keep their customers in their vehicles. It's never been about profit. I am a recent relocate to Alpha and have been both a service manager at Mercedes Benz in Morristown and a German import repair shop manager for almost 10 years. I tell you with all sincerity Phillipsburg/Easton Honda service is a place you can trust. Including the techs, who are often the ones who get the ball rolling in a way that you can handle. I have never been disappointed or let down. I believe we are six for six.
