I have never purchased a car as fast as I did at Penske South Bay Buick/ GMC / Cadillac! My experience was AMAZING. Nathan Sutton did that for me. He was helpful, attentive, and honest. As busy as he was that day, he made us feel very important that day. I have not purchased a car in over 12 years, and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. Went there to get sensors fixed on my Buick Encore and for general maintenance. The process took a good week but Marlene the service advisor and kept me updated on what was worked on. Now everything is in tip top shape. I just wish they fixed the dent on the passenger.
I was not planning to by a car...just wanted to look. The professional staff at this dealership made me an offer i couldn't refuse. Stacie and her coworkers made my experience a VERY good one. No shaddy car dealer tricks at this outfit. I highly recommend this dealership.
I had my Buick Encore serviced there because the key was stuck in the ignition. Although it took me 5 days to pick up, service took care of problem efficiently and also gave a complimentary cleaning.
