I was not planning to by a car...just wanted to look. The professional staff at this dealership made me an offer i couldn't refuse. Stacie and her coworkers made my experience a VERY good one. No shaddy car dealer tricks at this outfit. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had my Buick Encore serviced there because the key was stuck in the ignition. Although it took me 5 days to pick up, service took care of problem efficiently and also gave a complimentary cleaning.

I’ll say for the record This dealership don’t buy anything from a brand new or used vehicle Because they lack information for you I purchased a used vehicle that said they did an diagnostic check on it but prior to that the sell man heard a noise before but lied about it I took the car into a Toyota dealership to get a thorough check. That bill came out to $6,500 with that being say I thought my warranty that they gave me would cover it. Nope they refuse to pay or pay half After all that I return the car with repairs on it but I’m stuck with paying that off. At this point I’m seeking a lawsuit with my lawyer on this dealership. Hope this help any new customers don’t buy from this dealership they’ll lie and sell you messed up vehicles I’ll be posting this on all platforms till action happens or my money returns to me

This has been by far the worse experience i have ever gone through in a car buying experience. i purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon with 75k miles. Only 1 owner - Vehicle was always serviced at GMC - No Accidents reported on Autocheck or Carfax . Within my first 30 days of having the vehicle, the car was taken into Service 4 different times. The day the vehicle was sold to me, the taillights were out. Isnt that a HUGE safety issue ??? (When you guys put these cars on the lot, do you guys not inspect them?) I pick up my car from service once the installation was complete to find out the power motor for the drivers window wasn't working correctly. Few days go by my Brake pump start vibrating when I would step on the brake. On my 30th day of having the vehicle my Transmission goes OUT !!!! Sure enough Sales Manger Ketty was looking for any type of way to get ME to pay for a new Transmission. Given the fact that I only purchased a full size SUV because I am 5 months pregnant with a 1 year baby. Not once did the Sale manager show any empathy towards my situation. Transmission gets replaced with ME having to PAY OUT OF POCKET. The day of the delivery with my new transmission, the middle console is not longer working . Of Course, the dealer wants me to pay out of pocket $700 to replace that too. I called Ketty, Friday April 23rd , it is now April 26th, i have not received a call from Him or his team. This was my first time buying a GMC, i would NEVER EVER EVER recommend anyone to buy one. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy any car from this dealer. They do not care about you once the sale is done. Ideally us customers go buy a used car at a franchise dealer rather than a independent dealer because they are known to provide better customer care, better quality vehicles, competitive pricing. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS DONE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE !!!! At the end of the day ALL i wanted was a safe car to get my kids to their destination safely. Ketty and his SALES STAFF have failed miserably.

The team over at Penske was great, went in for a service and ended up upgrading with a new vehicle, my salesmen Mark Benson was great too, he was professional and had a great knowledge of the vehicle I purchased,I will definitely continue to be a loyal Penske customer

SERVICE DEPT WAS CLEAN, TRUCK WAS DONE ON TIME AND CLEAN! CHRISTOPHER TOLD ME A TIME IT WOULD BE DONE, AND IT WAS DONE 15 MINUTES EARLY! THANK YOU
