I am a returning customer. Bo Sierra is always very helpful and patient. I thought I knew what vehicle I wanted and while listening to my needs, considering the amount of driving I do, Bo suggested the Rav-4 hybrid. I was leaning more toward the grand Hylander but being as I am mostly driving alone, and driving long distances for work, I decided on the Rav-4 after going back and forth for about 3 hours! I could not be happier. It is still roomy enough for me and my family and I love the fuel efficiency. Bo Sierra provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. After my dad’s vehicle was totaled by insurance, I researched online to find vehicles that matched his requirements. Bo Sierra went above and beyond to track down these vehicles for us. He patiently answered all our questions and understood the budget my retired father was trying to adhere to. He didn’t try to upsell us out of our budget. With over 20 years of experience, his expertise is evident. His upfront honesty made us feel truly valued. Although our previous salesperson is no longer with Fred Haas, we are thrilled to have found Bo Sierra. We will definitely return to him and recommend him to all our friends and family!

Hector Gutierrez snd Rebecca Wright ( sales team who supported my effort) and finance guy Karl Erazo made my first record breaking car purchase time of under 3 hrs. Vehicle buying was always a good part of a day for me covering my earlier last 5 purchases. This was the first time I was able to drive in, trade and drive out with a new Toyota Crown Signia Limited in under 3hours ...about 2 and three-quarter hours. That says a lot of their team understanding a customer and getting straight to business.
