Deal was going well with Chris who was patient and thorough. Received a written quote of 42,000. MSRP for a vehicle. When trying to finalize payments Corey Robertson, the sales manager, had increased the price to 47,000 stating that we needed to pay a market adjustment which was not on original quote. Really, a 5000. upcharge? Legalized extortion…appalling.

Purchased a Prius c from this dealership, after agreeing on a price, they brought the car to the dealership and then raised the price! They put me on the spot, then said if I didn't want it at the new price, I could just walk away and they could sell it to someone else. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ever had. Also, they brought a vehicle with the wrong rims on it.

Overall, our experince with Brian Buckley was great. He was thorough and patient and really helped our family pick the best vehicle for our needs.

The salesperson was very courteous and extremely helpful. The service was very good and the showroom was very well stocked with a variety of cars and trucks to view and experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and would also come back for my next car if possible.

The only problem was the time it took to complete the paper work. We waited to long and because of our situation with our handicapped daughter we were ruched and it did not allow us to think and ask more questions on the many papers we had to sign. Specifically the continued service contract which did not give the us time to deside, so we will be canelling the service contract and the cap.We feel we will not be saving money in respect to the acutal long term cost. But over all Peter, Joe and Chris were very cooperative, patient and determined to make sure my wife was happy with the Rav4 she desided on.
