This dealership has ruined owning a Land Rover. I love Land Rover's as a car but the treatment from this dealership greatly takes away the joy of driving these cars. They deliver some of the worst servicing I've ever experiencing while attempting to gouge you for every dollar on top of their already high prices. I was unable to get in contact with my service representative for weeks and never received a response to my phone calls or messages. It took me showing up unannounced at the dealership in person to receive any information. I highly recommend not interacting with this dealership

Don’t bother with this dealership. If you want a Land Rover drive to the DFW location. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with for a luxury car dealership. And no loaner cars. This place needs to be shut down by the brand.

Horrible service. Engine overheating so left at dealership for diagnosis. Told no loaners. There’s an “emergency list” but I won’t move on it until repairs authorized so I had to rent a car on my own dime. After next day diagnosis I authorized repairs but asked that they also confirm if covered under extended warranty. It’s been 1.5 weeks and zero follow up. Won’t return calls. Finally called and was told emergency list has 50 people so I won’t get a car. And worse ZERO concern that I’m in a holding pattern and paying for a rental. So much for luxury car. I love my car but can’t buy another because the dealership is so awful.

Ana Gallegos is the WORST!!!! I regret ever buying a car from this location. If you need any help with your car after purchase, don’t expect this location to help or care. I spent 4 months trying to contact Ana regarding picking up my spare key. She never cared nor responded back to my emails at a timely manner. For example, I reached out in November and received a response a month later. This happened not once, but 3 times back to back. I’m extremely disappointed and will never buy a Land Rover again! Lexus was WAY BETTER!!

Be careful when purchasing a vehicle from here. The salesman did a great job selling and making the experience easy, but after purchase, I realized the vehicle had several problems that were not disclosed. Also - DO NOT buy any of the add-ons they offer. The crystalfusion protection does not stand behind the product. My insurance was better at covering a chip/run.

For a “luxury” car dealership they are the worst. I have had fords in the past that are more on top of their game when it comes to service. This dealership is excellent at getting you in a car but After that it’s all downhill. I have been waiting since June for my car to get a repair and it’s not The first time it’s a pattern with them. Always behind never a quick fix and we’ll absolutely no service no return calls no response from Emails. They are the absolute worst. First Purchase and last it’s not worth the $$ you pay if you have to always deal with crap like this for a overrated car that doesn’t hold up between recalls parts being faulty and parts never in stock or simply just so slammed they aren’t ever prepared, staffed, and/or all of the a above. Service Manager like any manager sets the tone and is of absolute no help with a major defensive attitude.
