I am very disappointed with my experience at Bob Moore Infiniti. During the sales process, I was charged over $1,500 for what was represented as “protection,” which I was told included window tint and all-weather floor mats. However, after delivery, my vehicle did not have tinted windows or all-weather floor mats. My salesman's name was Craig. The vehicle was also missing the tow-hitch cover, and there was noticeable wear on the bumper guard, which I was told would be addressed before or after delivery. I later discovered a crack in the windshield and brought all of these concerns to the sales manager, Paul, who agreed to have the windshield replaced and the missing part corrected. The service department provided a loaner vehicle and had my car for nine days. However, only the tow hitch cover was replaced, and the replacement does not match the vehicle's color. The windshield replacement was not completed as agreed. While I am satisfied with the vehicle itself and felt the purchase price was fair, the lack of transparency, incomplete repairs, and failure to follow through on agreed-upon fixes were very disappointing. I expected a higher level of honesty and service from an Infiniti dealership. Dylan in Finance was the only positive part of my experience—he was professional, transparent, and easy to work with.

Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. Expected much better from a premium brand dealership. Will never go back and have been telling everyone we can to never buy from Bob Moore. They did everything to get us in the door and then lied to us about everything once we got to finance. The finance lady was too bothered to try and find us the best rate so we are refinancing 1 week after the purchase. Horrible service. Never even got our tag we are still driving with the dealer tag. We were supposed to get calls back from finance managers and general managers to fix our issues no calls back. Do not trust anything this dealership tells you and you can get much better finance rates anywhere. We bought 4 cars in a 2 month period so we knew what rates were. We did not go into this blind.

Call me everyday about buying my car, now they have there check and I can't get a tag for it. And dang sure no call backs.

Phillip Bostick made buying my Qx60 a breeze. Everything was ready for me to sign when I got there, and he helped me get to know all the features on my new vehicle. He followed up with me the next day to see how the drive home was and if I had any questions. Best car buying experience I have ever had!
