Forest was amazing throughout about a month of dialogue over text, phone, and email. He really understood that we didn’t want to end up upside down on the trade unless there were some significant gains—and he delivered, with the help of AJ. My wife was able to get back into the vehicle line she truly loves after trying something else for a while. Forest and AJ worked hard to get us into a newer vehicle (by 2 years!) while also saving us 80,000 miles compared to where we were.
