What Others Say

I called about a CX-50 and asked if it was available to test drive. I live 2 hours away. The girl said yes and I immediately received a text from Abigail Grace giving me a link and asking if I had farther questions. When I got there it was extremely busy so I put my name on a waiting list. By the time it took me to walk out to the car line a rep was already meeting me there. I had researched the vehicle online and the rep, Jonathan Waters was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great experience. If I purchase it will be from them.

Smarmy experience. Sales person spent excessive time extolling the Mazda brand in general & Nelson Mazda's 'faith based' business (that initially appealed to me, however perhaps it is a sales technique). Excessive time was required to walk the lot on my own, listen to the sales person, test drive one vehicle, & get an appraisal on our trade-in [ 3 hours]. He asked me no questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle. We were recently offered 2 1/2 times $$ for our trade-in, at a local dealer who was respectful of and did not verbally trash our trade-in. This Nelson Mazda salesman verbally trashed our car, said it needed much work, & that it had a leak from the oil pan: Why is there NO evidence of an oil leak on our garage floor? When I told him we recently had the car checked out and the issues he mentioned were not found, he said they didn't do a good job checking. An obvious (old-school) attempt to justify their drastically low trade-in $ number. However, our vehicles are cared for at a place of integrity & ethics: Christian Brothers. We have used CB for years & have experienced the true integrity of their business. CB had completed a recent inspection of our car and did not find the issues mentioned by the salesman, Jim Wright. I now do not trust this dealership. We will do business elsewhere. Manners and integrity matter : )

On 05/15/2024 around 5:45PM Center Time, I called the sale department and a female picked up the call, and asked me my name I gave her and she said what!!?? Instead of asking me politely with respectful like could you repeat me or sorry I cannot hear you something like that. And I continue to ask for Mazda CX-5 or CX-9 2021 thru 2022 year and Model, she said " oh yes aa" and hung up the phone while I am talking! It's really Rude and Disrespectful! They should have a people person and patient customer service representative. No matter what the customer races, country of origin is but the customer should be treated equally by the Customer Service representative at that Dealership!!!!

Send email to internet sales to get additional information about a used 2024 Mazda CX-90. Was told they would send me information that I had requested (window sticker). The following day I sent email again requesting information. Was told that a sales rep would contact me soon. Never happened. No contact whatsoever! I will take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. They missed a sale!!

Sales representative was good and non pressure. Car was not cleaned very well (Interior dirty and wheels not cleaned)

They wanted me to give them $1000 (unrefundable) in order to allow me to drive to their dealership so that I could look at the car. I live 120 miles from the dealership. It would take 2 or so hours. I was very sure that I would buy it. However I am not just going to donate $1000 to their cash balance. This event is closed. P. S. Another area dealership has been more cooperative.
