Just bought a Chevy Trailblazer from Baron Honda. Dustin was extremely helpful in navigating the entire process. Had it transferred to Baron Nissan for pickup. Everyone was helpful in the entire process. FYI, this is my second car from this dealership. A big thank you to Jory B, Brian C., Dustin and everyone else who assisted. Would definitely recommend shopping there.
Very professional; had oil change, was informed of other repairs that my car needed as soon as possible.
I had my eye on a car in their inventory for a while. When the price went down into my budget range, I called to put a deposit down on it. I was coming from out of state so I could only make it on the weekend. I was planning on coming in that following Saturday but got called into work for the weekend, I would have to go the next Saturday. They had no problem, no pressure, nothing to make me feel bad about not being able to come in. I took the ferry over to the Island, when I got there my salesman met me at the door. 3 hr drive with an autistic child, not easy. She started getting stimulated, wouldn't sit still, was kinda all over the place. He got her crayons and coloring book (good move), not once did I see him frustrated with her behavior (even though I was). One in the finance manager's office, he spoke with her and make her feel comfortable. I was impressed. Not very many people have a good experience in a car dealership. It never on anyone's top 10 favorite things to do. But these 2 were really great. I got the car I really, REALLY wanted and a good experience with getting it. They didn't try to sell me an extended warranty or sneak in GAP coverage, play with my non-existent trade value to make more money. I would definitely make the 3 hr trip again if I had to.
