I had a great experience purchasing my new 2024 GMC 1500 Denali Ultimate from Gates GMC. My salesperson , Eric Burgess, was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase, answered all my questions, sought other vehicles in the are in the color I was looking for and very respectful. Can’t say enough about Eric and the sales manager that I dealt with. Excellent experience!!!!
Everyone is friendly , kind and professional. Efficient with all the paperwork . We were treated like family . We have bought 2 oth we cars from this dealership also .

Martin made the experience easy with no pressure but took the time to explain any questions we had. He followed up a couple days later to see how everything was going with our new vehicle. Plus everyone we talked to even briefly at the dealer was polite and friendly.
Paul and Rick were absolutely wonderful to work with as we bought a brand new Nissan Rogue SUV. We bought a truck from them 5 years ago and are so impressed we knew there would be no one else for us. Their service department is excellent, also.
