Had oil changed, left with no oil, car was scarped, and none of my fluids were topped off. I was only offered a free oil change for my troubles. REALLY? They told me I had an oil leak, had a second opinion, I had NO OIL LEAK at all. They broke one of my lug nut during attempted tire rotation, and basically gave me a shoulder shrug for that as well.
Great Experience, Thomas was a great sales person and listen to my every needs and left out with a brand new Camry
Since Ken Stapler has been my Go to Service man I feel that things get done
