My name is kensor haddock. I’m reaching out to you about my ram rebel eco diesel. My family and I were on our way home from Missouri back to California in November 2023. When we reached Amarillo, TX the fuel pump had a catastrophic failure and stranded my family on the highway. We had it towed to all star dodge in Amarillo Texas and we’re given a month or two ETA. That was back in November. It is now April and the truck has still not been completed. We were waiting on one egr gasket for them to have all the parts to start the repair. I located the part here in SoCal and drove 3 hours to get it and shipped it to them. That was the beginning of march (march 7th). They told me the truck would be done at the beginning of April. After today’s phone call with Justin the service representative at all star dodge. The mechanic that tore the truck apart has been sick all week and Justin doesn’t want anyone else to work on it until the sick guy is back. That’s xx. As a veteran and helicopter mechanic I have to complete jobs everyday that the prior shift has taken apart. Justin’s excuses are really started to get to me. I’ve been patient to this point and now I’m fed up. We’ve been paying a ridiculous amount of money for the payment of a truck we haven’t seen since last year. I start school in two weeks and we currently have one vehicle. I’m going to be walking my grown a** to school everyday while paying a ridiculous truck payment. I want this problem resolved and for someone to put a boot in this Justin guys a**. I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me and my family. Can you please help us out in anyway? We need a loaner vehicle until our truck gets back. We both start school next week and currently have 1 vehicle. With school beginning I will have to start calling out of work due to conflicting schedules and I’m not ok with losing money. I’ve opened a lawsuit against Chrysler and Ram Trucks. I have been attempting to contact someone for days about two automobiles they have posted on their website. Finally I received an email and respond requesting a PO, never arrived not even the next day. Call the dealership and spoke with someone who provided another number to the sales guy from the email. After awhile I reached out again via call and text he sent me to voicemail. Then he calls and reports he has to find the truck that was advertised on the website before he can send me a PO. So I inquired about the Lincoln Navigator that was advertised, if it was still on site and he confirmed it was. Requested that PO for my bank so gain approval status. He said he could get it to me in a hour this was lunch time. Close of business today, still no email of paperwork. Unfortunately some businesses are doing business and some are talking about doing business. If this is the customer service I received without leaving my office, I would have being extra disappointed to spend my workday at this car lot.

Was on a cross country road trip, front passenger fender started coming off I was on a tight time line I called the shop asked if they could squeeze me in they said yes, I arrived they took a look saw it was my pins and clips that came off they luckily had them in stock got it all taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Shout out to Brian for being an all star and doing it himself since his techs were all booked up much appreciated.

Why didn't I read reviews first? Please read up on these guys! ~THEY SELL LEMONS!~ When it comes to cars 19K isn't a a "huge" amount. However, it is enough for you to assume a car you buy wont blow its transmission 2 weeks after you bring it home. There is no way this car was gone through and checked for codes unless they were "cleared" with them knowing exactly the lemon they were sending out the door. We bought this 2016 Altima with the stipulation that the a/c would be fixed. The salesman brought it through their shop multiple times for this, and that still went out on us a day into having it home. At that point we got the a/c fixed ourselves because it was obvious their techs couldn't handle honoring their deal. I wasn't even going to speak up about that, but now the car is just dying!? UNACCEPTABLE! We traded in a cherry beauty of a car to get this paperweight from these crooks. RUN!!! ***Also the owner commented on my review on another platform saying they would try to make it right etc.. and the sales manager is avoiding our calls and voicemails***
