What Others Say

We saw a Honda S2000 on my Fbook feed and decided to call this dealership, I was referred to Todd from sales, he told us they have one but not the one in the add on Fbook, when we went to see the car it was a silver S2000 2002 with 55K miles, we met Jon Holley, the sales manager, after two days we asked for a quote and received one, we made a reasonable offer based on the market value for cars of that year, mileage and condition and we were open to start a negotiation, we never received a call or text back, they never took the time to follow up. Terrible customer service, this seems to be a cancer that is part of the Lindsay family of dealers, we had a very bad experience at their Acura dealer across the street a few years ago (2021, we ended up buying from Lexus). The good for us is that we ended up getting an S2000 from Columbus Acura and they were great to deal with, The bad thing for Lindsay Honda is that my wife is ready to switch her 2019 Pilot Elite for one of the new ones, (we actually saw a 2024 touring on the showroom) but there is no way we will be doing business at Lindsay. As a business owner myself I'll leave this here, maybe someone at this dealership can use it, "The Golden Rule of negotiating is to treat others the way you would like to be treated, This principle is based on the idea that negotiation should be a mutually beneficial process, where both parties come to an agreement that satisfy their interests". Thanks.

Very scammy. Went to purchase a certified used vehicle and they would not budge at all on price, interest rate was higher than other dealers in the area, and they wanted to extend the loan period. They wouldn’t tell me the interest rate or the final price of the car, they would only tell me the monthly payment. They also would not discuss numbers over the phone, only in person. So I wasted so much time driving there twice for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go to Marysville or Roush instead.

Worst customer service, I strongly believed that me and my wife was racialy profiled. We had a schedule appt on 4/6/24. Another white family came in on the same day and time as a walk-in and the sales consultant, Rachel decided to help them first, even though the mother insisted that we where there first and they can wait or get another sales consultant. I will never ever come back to this dealership or give them my business.

I cannot give Lindsay Honda a good recommendation. Despite their representing themselves as a "Christian-based" company and embedding a "Jesus" commercial in the series of videos you are requested to watch when you buy a car there, they are not forthright and will take advantage of the customer wherever possible. I purchased a car with a trade-in. They maneuvered the situation in their favor, and I actually got nothing for my trade-in. Before my first payment came due, a warning message, "Emissions System Problem" displayed on the dash screen. When I contacted the salesman, the response was cold and not helpful. Several months after I bought the car, I hit a pothole and blew out the side of a tire. I called AAA, and when the service person arrived and pulled the donut spare out of my trunk, he announced that it was "busted." Again, the salesman was unwilling to call me back. While I have grounds to pursue this legally, because they are required to tell me about anything that is not usable, particularly if it has risk implications, the cost of doing so doesn't make sense. Be prepared. Once you drive out in your new/new to you car, you become invisible and customer service disappears. I am a senior female. Don't go to Lindsay Honda.

I worked with Dave Dawes to purchase a 2024 CRV. Dave was great and easy to work with. I highly recommend him. I'm happy with my new Honda.

Everyone at Lindsay was friendly and professional. I test drove a used vehicle, and I liked it except for a couple of minor issues that concerned me. My sales rep, Mikale Long, made sure that everything would be addressed. I went back a few days later for another test drive, and the issues had indeed been fixed. The price of the vehicle was very fair, and I went ahead with the purchase. Mikale and everyone at Lindsay treated me well, and I am very happy with my car.
