I bought my first Subaru in 2010 at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert AZ. After 14 years it now has 199,000 + awesome miles on it. This is why, when I recently decided to purchase a new car, I went back to the Subaru Superstore to find the car that I wanted. I was delighted to find my original Salesman, Charlie Webb still with the same dealership. I had such a great experience with Charlie buying the first car, I of course asked for him. Here are some of the wonderful things about Charlie. He came to the appointment with a full listing of inventory of both the Superstore locations, as well as any incoming cars from factory. I specifically wanted a “BLUE” 2024 new Forester. He is so through, kind, efficient and personable. He is such an amazing salesman. We looked at one from his lot but it didn’t have the Package #15 which I wanted. I was disappointed not to be driving new car that day. He then looked at the listing of coming in the next month from the factory. I couldn’t believe it but he found one with a delivery date that fits with my summer plans. On the first of May, Charlie called me with an update on delivery. I can’t wait to have my new 2024 Forester with the color and options that I wanted. WAY TO GO CHARLIE WEST !!! David made the process so easy. I started the process by email with him and text messages. I also talked to him a couple of times on the phone. He answered all my questions, so by the time I was ready to test drive the car, I pretty much knew I wanted the car. He showed me all the features, which helped me even more in my decision-making. He was friendly and so helpful.

I appreciated the tour of the dealership, which included where departments were and even the complimentary beverages, etc. The dealership was clean and friendly.
I was indecisive between several cars and finally decided my new car would be a Subaru. I’m so thankful I made that decision. From the initial contact with Caitlin all the way through to me driving off, has been nothing but excellent service surpassing the expectation. The anxiety I felt with a new purchase melted away.
