All 3 guys, Joe Luque, his tech expert assistant, Ryan, and Oscar Hernandez were all super - all very cordial, pleasant, courteous, cheerful and knowledgeable - Joe let us drive the car, showed us other cars, let us ask any questions we had, through his amazing efforts got us the best affordable car, helped us to get the rewards transfer, which wasn't easy to do, got us the best trade in amount possible, made it a pleasant experience and was so thankful for us as returning customers. His assistant, Ryan, even transferred all my stuff from the old car to the new, and answered so many questions, was so patient, and was able to get the map up on the screen. Oscar answered all of our questions, too, told me what I was signing, several forms had to be signed, and let me know I would get all forms in my email. He adjusted some of the paperwork, which gave us more for the trade-in. Thank you so very much to Joe, Ryan, and Oscar!
