I have been a Hayes of Oakwood customer for more than twenty years. I am on my sixth vehicle from them amd have always found them to be honest, thorough, and professional. Bryan was especially helpful and took care of my service efficiently and effectively. As a lifelong resident of Oakwood, it is refreshing to still find businesses that care about customer loyalty and works to retain them. Please don't allow the current trend pressure you into just being about the bottome line!

Tracy was amazing to work with! She took the time to meet with us even though it was close to closing time. She made sure everything went smoothly and worked hard to get us into our truck that same night. We never felt rushed, and she answered all of our questions along the way. It was a great car-buying experience, and I would definitely shop with Tracy again. Highly recommend!

Service rep needs communication skills. She was not informing us well. Couldn’t remember our service needs even on the day work being done. Was given a phone number to use but wasn’t calling that number. I wanted to wait in my car but she was very Insistent I leave only to be brought back an hour and a half later. Then forgot where we live so said the driver would be to me in 10 minutes Sat outside for 35 minutes and the driver still wasn’t to me Called to discover she didn’t look at our information to know where we lived to give us a correct time of the driver showing up. Then she was informed we were on our way back for us to get there and she’s no where to be found. Called her over the loud speaker and about 4 minutes later she shows.
