My 2014 Jeep wouldn’t go into gear reliably and had a throttle control warning light. After a week in the dealer’s service center, the issue was diagnosed as a weak battery. They charged more than $600. In the past I would have done this work myself (a lot faster and for a lot less money) and the issue was more straightforward to diagnose myself or with the help of an auto parts store.
Service was easy to schedule and work was completed in a timely manner. Service team was also friendly.
