The Google reviews are correct, the service department is terrible. I called and talked to a girl named Kayleigh, not only was she demeaning and rude, she is price gouging thw hourly rate. She said $280 an hour, my local seattle dodge dealer only charges $180 along with Dwayne Lanes and Rairdon Kirkland. Why is she quoting more than other dealerships? She seemed annoying to be answering any questions and was overall extremely unpleasant. When I told this to my local dodge, they were not surprised. They had some very unsavory things to say about Kaylee and why she hops from dealership to dealership. My next step is to contact stolantis.

Service Department: Service from Marcelino was excellent. He is exemplary in his ability to listen well, have patience, communicate well, and go the extra mile to make his customers feel well represented and comfortable that CDJR will take amazing care of their vehicle and return it as soon as possible. I also had the chance to meet one of the service managers - Larry Brent - and he was very helpful in describing in detail an integrated wiring problem with the Forward Facing Camera Module that I was having. Both these men are to be commended as leaders and I think they should be advanced from their present position.
Just walked out from the worst bait and switch (Renton jeep) than I’ve ever seen. The finance manager refused to let us use our credit union because they say the listed the car too low. Never go there.
I've taken my vehicle here twice and have had good experiences with the service reps and the work performed. However, my most recent experience was for routine maintenance including an oil change and filter replacements, which cost over $1000. I feel ripped off. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere unless it requires work by a dealership. Additionally, the dealership recently started pressuring me to submit perfect surveys, and even offered incentives, which has eroded my trust in the dealership.
Watch out for Dee Phillips! A xxxxing scammer. Took my jeep there for a maintenance check after a roadtrip when CEL came on for a couple of days and then went away. Mind you, my truck is only two years old with 14000 miles on it and has absolutely no other issues. Came back the next day, they said they would have to take parts off to determine why the CEL came on beacuse my truck has mods and that could be extra charge. I said fine I don’t wanna pay hundreds of dollars for a simple diagnositc as my truck is well within warranty and all parts are mopar and the truck was modified when I bought it so I will just pick it up then. Noooo.. he wanted me to pay almost 400$ for taking a look at the truck which I suspect he didn’t eve do. I said I would take them to court and aksed for a breakdown of the charges. Gues what, dude came back and said no charge and he would just eat it. Sketchy af. Stay away from this place if you dont get ripped off.
