The service department does good work in a short time and is sure to quote prices before proceeding.

My experience at Bud Brown Volkswagen was very pleasant. I went to the service department in April 2024 for a safety recall issue an oil change, and other maintenance. They were very helpful and informative about everything. The waiting room was pleasant and comfortable.

The dealer facility is clean and nice. People are friendly. Steve Hill helped me and made sure to fix my car properly. While it took a while to repair the rear window (and defroster) and the footwell flooding issue, they were able to fix it and no problem since the repair. I wish they had shuttle service for both ways. Other VW dealer provided but this one didn't. Or I wish they could provide a loaner car since I didn't have my car for 2 weeks.

The service was great and expedient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work 😊
