Awesome experience with Kris in the recent purchase of my Santa Fe. When we stopped in, I was really just browsing, not intending to purchase that day at all. After a test drive - and this wasn't just an around the block test drive (we put on about 10 miles)!- I loved the vehicle so the process began. This was already late in the day, but Kris willingly stayed late to be sure we were happily on our way that afternoon with new (used) car. No pressure - freely provided car-fax review and answered the questions I had on it - explained a (tire pressure) light on in the dash - took the time to have me check every function and even paired my phone! License/new plates were due and Kris even delivered them to our home! Thank you Kris!!

They seem very focused on selling new cars but customer care in the service dept. Has deteriorated. They used to have a lady who was so helpful but she must have left. My call and two emails about a battery warranty issue are ignored.
