I was told work on my vehicle would take 4 days. Work didn’t even start on my vehicle until the afternoon of the fourth day. I called several times on the fourth day as I never received a single status update and was told at every call that they would check with the technician and call me back. I never received a single callback. What is the point in scheduling an appointment if you not going to schedule a technician to be available for that appointment time. Someone needs to teach you work center management skills. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership.
Required service on my truck was completed as discussed and was completed by time frame promised.
I bought a new Wrangler from Rick Hendricks last year, great service and a quick delivery.
I have had no problems with the service dept with the 4 new Jeeps I have purchased at Hendrick.
I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge RAM 1500 from this location and had an excellent experience. I dealt with Derrick and Nate! They were both very professional and made the entire experience a delightful one! I will definitely go back and I will be recommending family and friends to them!
Horrible customer service with the auto repair shop. Took 3 months to do a recall. Reached out to them on several occasions. Only got voice mail with the service writer. I called to speak tonservive manager. He told me the writer would call me back after lunch. They never did. They told me my rear veiw camera was working fine. When I picked it up it was not and I showed them. I would never recommend anyone go their for service. I asked for another service while it was there they didn’t do it at all and told me I would have to come back. Never again
