Bad business return practices. ( my repair shop purchased a defective part and flow mini will not honor the return simple as that.

THis service center does not understand the meaning of making an appointment. They will not work on your car unless you are there in the waiting room. If you make an appointment and drop your car off, your car will sit there for a day or more before they will even get to it. They kept my car four days just to change the break pads. The person at the service desk, Josh, contradicts himself every other sentance is is frankly a liar. He is disrespectful, cocky, and rude. I was looking to trade my 2018 Mini for a newer model, but the poor level of service that I can expect has changed my mind, and I am looking at Fiat instead.

Purchased a used 2009 Hardtop it was in top shape, had all service done at Flow. Traded in for a new 2013 Paceman which I still own. Flow is the only dealer I trust.

HORRIBLE experience. Henry "the manager" is a TRUE used car salesman They say "no hassle" But you have to worry about them selling the car before your deal is done. Can never get through on the phone. The girl at the front desk that answered the phone hung up or got disconnected 13 times!! Then when asked to speak to Henry's boss, he said their is no one above him!!! I asked if he had a GM, he.said yes, I when can expect a call back. Henry stated if you want to talk to him call him Monday. He said he was not going to tell him tbat I.wanted to speak with him. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS????

The service Team is top notch, They explain what the service will include, they do not push extra services on you. Communication and turn around is great.

They greet you when you arrive, explain what work and the cost will be done. I like that they vacuum my Mini and it looks great when you pick it up.
