Service people are very nice, Did not have a long wait to get an oil change

I have been very happy with the service I have received at Yark Toyota. I purchased my car from them that I have had for 12 years and they have taken very good care of my car. I plan to purchase my next car from them. They tell Me ahead of time, the cost of the service andwhat type of service I will require at the next visit. When I call for an appointment I’m always able to get in quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they have a great waiting room. They provide a driver to take me home and pick me up if requested. I don’t plan to take my car anywhere else.

My Toyota had rusted xxx bat terminal .also under engine cover full of peanut shells . Must have just washed it and put on the lot for sale. I was under the impression that you looked theses cars over for safety ,also no one.said anything about sat radio90 days of xm radio very disappointed with yark Michael cox

Felt very friendly towards the customer Me!!! Let me know appproxmate time for my car ready after repairs(which was super to know). Was made aware off cost ahead of time for my parts and labor. The tech Walked me to my car and said thank you and that he hopes all is good and if not to give him/dealer a call!! Fantastic!!

I’ve had nothing but good interactions at Yark Toyota. They are very easy to work with and keep you apprised of what’s going on with your vehicle.
