This is absolute the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car repair. I took my car there on a Friday by Wednesday. I still haven’t heard anything from them. I’m steadily calling no one ever answers the phone in the service department talk with consumer relations twice they gave me an outrageous estimate of $15,000 on just a clutch replacement. Saying there’s a possibility of transmission replacement which there was nothing wrong with the transmission of course I did not do that when I went to pick up my truck. It was an estimate of $360 and they did not give me an estimate they wrote it on a piece of paper and told me to take a picture of it. This was the craziest thing I’ve ever heard and when I asked them why no one answered the phone. He claims we do answer the phone. I’m looking down at his phone and it’s off the hook. This was ridiculous. I took it to a local repair place. They fixed it within a couple of days and only charge $1900. The estimate would’ve been $140 a big difference I would never patronize this business ever again.
I was referred by my insurance to get my bumper fixed at this place and after they so-called replaced my bumper, I noticed before I left it was still loose. I told the manager and he was saying that’s the best they can do and talk to my insurance. I eventually walked off because it didn’t seem so bad at first and my rental was about to expire. I went to a certified mechanic to look looked at my car. He says the problem is the bumper they put on is not a dodge bumper, it’s a made in china bumper and they took the cheap way out. The bumper they put on doesn’t fit but they tried to make it fit. Dodge and Chrysler has to have the exact same make, or it won’t fit properly. Because of this, how the bumper already loosened, after years it will completely fall off. The manager (Barry) should be fired for this because dealership is supposed to give you top model and not this cheap stuff.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass from here in November 2023 and it just cuts off whenever I hit the brake. I have taken this car back to Darcar jeep 6 times in 4 months and every time they return the car saying the car has been fixed. I spoke with Tom (my sales person) as well as the general manager and they were both rude and not willing to help after selling me a lemon. I financed $30,000 for a car that doesn’t even work!! I have been crying every night thinking about this because a can’t afford to buy another car. I’m in disbelief and have no idea what to do. This makes me sick to take advantage of a female. Can someone please help!!!

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee for $25,000.00 on November 29, 2023, from Darcars Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marlow Heights. It cut off 2 times for no reason while driving. I took it into the service department on December 16, 2023 they could not find anything wrong with it, I took it in on December 18, 2023 I was told it was a relay switch whatever that is. I was given a rental for 2 days. It was supposed to be fixed. I took it back again on December 26, 2023 because the same thing happened again. So I traded it in because the same thing happened again. The salesman Dwayne C. Henry told me the transmission was going out, several times during that visit. I didn't get the full amount of money that I paid for the Jeep that I paid & I had to pay $10,973.70 more for a 2021 Chrysler 300. Women beware I highly recommend you find another dealership.
We bought our 2nd car from them. Both of them are Jeeps and both were the Certified cars. Our salesman and the sales manager (Derek) were super nice. We will go back next time we need another one. A bit far, but worth the drive from Virginia.
