Service was good had a great experience, the customer service was really good, definitely got the best response

Purchased a used GMC truck. Seems they could have known more about the vehicle as they struggled to answer some of my questions about features. Had to haggle for some dealer repairs that either should have been done before selling like a bald tire and alignment. Service agreement was purchased but upon several requests for details about the service plan, I still did not get any information when they gave me my final paperwork. Was a fine experience, but seems there could be some improvements made for better customer service.
