I wasted a whole day waiting for the service department to do a simple job on my Ram. Appointment made a week in advance. Had the truck dropped off by 10:30am. Told Ethan at the front desk it was not an option to leave my vehicle overnight. I was told it needed to cool from the drive over and it would be a 1.5 hr job (45 degrees outside). I had to call at 4pm to be told they had not touched it and it would have to be left overnight and no they can not give me a ride 30 miles away! Get back in my truck, engine cool to the touch. Unbelievable. There is a serious lack of respect and basic knowledge of the vehicle in the service department. I will never return. I would go anywhere else! Do not waste your time or money with these yahoos.

I have had a wonderful experience at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Bend. Logan Warr and the dealership managers went above and beyond to create value and satisfaction with my car purchase. I highly recommend the dealership.

Disappointing experiences with both salesman & service dept. personnel. In June of this yr., opted to travel here, in Bend, rather than dealer in Gresham to look at vehicle saw online & liked. Found out, after the fact, lack of communication led to not transferring a valid, paid-for personalized vehicle registration - as I intended - to being charged for new reg. & tags to the tune of $400+. I now sit for four yrs. before can use a valid, personalized registration. As for, service dept., an issue with Start/Stop feature led to trying to set appt. Customer service agent was very hard to hear & understand, rushed through process and seemed really bothered to be attending to my request. It will take a long time to recommend dealership because those actions and will be looking to find other dealership for service.

Waited three day's for a call back because I lost the keys to my Jeep. I called again and they acted like they never talked to me and I was not in their system. Can you say blown off. I was then told that they are at full capacity and it would be two months before they could make me a new key for a my Jeep.

May 19th 2023 Service department Today our sunroof exploded driving down the highway while it was open. Horribly Scared my wife. After I did some research its not usually. Dealership said a rock magically did it. And said its not their problem. Plus the passenger door is sagging again after it was "fixed" a couple of weeks ago. Again not their issue xxxx they made my wife back it out of the bay!!!! I had hoped under new ownership the customer service would be better. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Late April 2023 sales department. Found the perfect suv to replace the one that was totaled a couple of weeks ago. The whole process was fast and the sales staff took care of our needs. Even today when we took it in for a sticky door they fixed it in under a 1/2 hour. Thank you Lithia.

Absolutely the worst service department. I usually don’t take other reviews into consideration but I should have for this place. If you need work done I highly recommend you go to Eugene or Portland even Idaho before here. I brought my jeep in multiple times for the SAME issue they said they had fixed the first time. They did not. Each time they wanted to charge me the diagnostic fee. They gave me a quote for about 2500 for repairs. I decided to wait but told them I should not have to pay another $185 diagnostic fee when they told me it was fixed the first time I brought it in. They told me they wouldn’t give me keys until I paid and they had every right to charge. Long story short after the disagreement and absolute rudest customer service staff I’ve ever encountered, the manager told me I was “fired” from coming back in there. How In the world do you refuse a paying customer service is beyond me. I asked to speak to the GM and he informed me he wasn’t in the shop today and that I could leave him 50 voicemails and he would never answer my calls and he would have the service manager Jared would tell me the same thing every time that he has every right to refuse service to me. He also told me the reviews do not matter to them. This shows a lot about how they care about their community in Bend and actually serving customers. Another sales manager called me to “squash and sort it all out” and to get a better understanding of the situation. NEVER in my life have I been banned from a store or any business. They are a publicly owned company. It really blows my mind that they don’t care about their customers. The sales manager spoke with the service manager on how we could get my jeep fixed and interestingly the quote came back almost doubled this time around at $4900. Same service needed. I even have the original print out quote they gave me the first time around at $2500. Just goes to show they are not honest. But hey they don’t care about reviews or screwing over customers. I’ve owned 5 jeeps. I contemplated buying a brand new one but after this ordeal I would never purchase from Lithia. I highly recommend you search elsewhere.
