Spencer is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help to unwind a warranty issue regarding an ongoing concern with my outback. He went up the ranks to use the powers at hand to service and resolve the issues. His professionalism and attention to service and results were above and beyond. Spencer is and has always been a pleasure to work with and his competency regarding product is at a level that deserves attention. He is deserving of reaching higher ranks with Subaru.
