Matt Blatt Kia in Toms River are a den of thieves…was planning on buying my next car from there moving over from DeFeo Kia in Lakewood…now that won’t happen…$200 for diag of a noise while they spent all of 7 minutes on then the 4% fee for using my bank card…the girl at the counter said blame the government…that’s a crock of $hit!…do your self a flavor don’t ever go there…let’s put these pigs out of business!

I would like to say that Matt Blatt kia was a great place to purchase or lease a vehicle from. My salesperson, Joe Todaro was not only professional but was also courteous and kind and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him to both my friends and family.

This dealership did a wonderful job handling my trade in. The salesman, Jesse was very patient with my questions and was very trustworthy. I will definitely use this dealership in the future! Jesse was very professional and quick with providing answers.

From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly. Our salesman, Jeffrey Greenwood was able to answer all our questions and was most helpful in my attaining a car I was able to afford. As the car I wanted was in transit, Jeffrey kept consistent contact with me until my car was delivered. Everything from start to finish went without an issue. He made our car buying experience absolutely wonderful!

There was a recall on the engine. Before it could be repaired the engine blew. This was in Nov 22. They warranty replaced the engine because of the defective. Since then the check engine light has been on giving a code for the catalytic converter. When the engine blew oil and other fluids damaged the catalytic converter and they refuse to fix it telling me it's my problem. The worst part is my vehicle will never pass inspection because of the faulty emissions. After 3 voice-mails to the service department, 2 more to the service manager and left with no other choice but to contact Kia support services I have a piece of crap for a vehicle. This makes me sad because I really like the car. Well I get another Kia? Probably not. If I do it won't be from Matt Blatt Kia. They can find time to email and call me about trades and deals they are running but I had to wait 6 months to get an answer on the converter.
