Austin was patient, precise, informative and persevered in attempting to help us find our ideal vehicle. He compromised when necessary to gain our business. Unfortunately, we discovered that the dealership was over three hours drive from us which made doing business there next to impossible. Had we lived closer, we would DEFINITELY have done business with Austin at Harper CDJR.

After my 5th time taking it back to serviced for my 6th powertrain issue or failure, I’m finally writing a review. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. What was a quick and smooth purchase has turned in to a nightmare. Luckily, I bought the super pricey warranty so I haven’t had to pay out of pocket other than a $100 deductible the 5 times Ive taken it back for repairs and a little over $600 when warranty didn’t cover my radiator hoses randomly blowing off after 30 days of ownership. I tried to talk the original salesman I worked with about a trade and I was more less told to grab my ankles. Them knowing how much I paid down on the vehicle less than a year ago, plus the time I’ve lost on a vehicle I’m paying for and can’t operate, they thought it was be a good idea to “accidentally” try to up sale me 6k on a different vehicle than I asked for. When they got the numbers back for the correct vehicle, they still thought it would be a good idea to offer me sticker price. Take your business elsewhere, because once you’re out the door, customer service is GONE. But, my hats off to the service department. Those guys actually seem to care about the product and quality they put out.

When I called about a new RAM, the salesman was knowledgeable and willing to help me without pressure.

Service was excellent took truck in for warranty work got it back a day before they said I would mechanic stayed late to get the job done 👍👍👍👍
