BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would. I just recently purchased a vehicle from this place my salesman was Moe Zidane. On the way home from purchasing my vehicle the check engine light comes on. I may have had the vehicle for 2 hours. So I go up there the next day & I wanted to trade it in for another vehicle. I was told its just a sensor & to replace it. I have the 2 year extended warranty but it didn't cover the sensor. I had to pay out of pocket for the sensor & to have it put on. The check engine light is STILL on. So the next week I'm with a friend driving to the store & we noticed a odd smell, like something was burning. When we get to our destination I notice its either the water pump or radiator leaking. I again take my vehicle back up there & was advised by Moe Zidane that they don't do maintenance there, I would have to find a verified place to have it looked at & fixed. I was also advised that my 2 year warranty would cover the repair minus my $100 deductible. I take my vehicle to the dealership, after they spoke with the warranty people I was told the warranty only covers HALF the part & labor. I haven't had my vehicle 30days & I've already had to come out of pocket $1800! I haven't even made my first car payment. This is the worst experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. And I'm aware that it's a used vehicle & things want be perfect BUT this isn't the first used car I've purchased. And it's like every time I fix one problem another one pops up. My vehicle has been in the shop more time than I've actually had it in my possession. The check engine light coming on after only 2 hours from purchasing is a BIG red flag. This place is a scam. They charge outrageous amounts of money for vehicles with a lot of maintenance problems. This place sells junk cars, all they do is clean them up good & sell them. Once you purchase it's a total headache. I'm still waiting on my tag to arrive, the entire experience has been awful.
Mo sold me a truck that supposed to be easy to go when it was delivered I found out it need a $9000 dollar transmission
If 0 stars were an option, it would be 0. As of this writing, it is day 106 after sale and the dealership has yet to provide me with the proper title and paperwork required for me to register this vehicle in my state. When contacted, the personel responsible for titling and paperwork is "on vacation". When asked for management, they are "on vacation". The paperwork and title that were overnighted to me months after the sale, were invalid and expired. I would recommend to all parties to avoid this dealership at all costs. If you have been similarly impacted by this dealership's negligent business practices, consider submitting a complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State office at their website: https://sos.ga.gov/page/how-submit-complaint.
STAY AWAY!! RIP OFF!!! Mo sold me a BMW that was in "great shape." Get the car and take it in for inspection, and both control arms are beyond bad (critical). All the tires are different sizes, A/C didn't work, and the washer fluid pump doesn't work. Contact the company, and they refuse to fix anything after telling us they would. Lawyer up if you're thinking about buying a car here.
the communication and paper work process was simple and they were great on the phone. The bad was we were not informed the vehicle was smoked in , they didn't detail the vehicle at all and we received a filthy car. The key fob was broken and when we called they failed to return any calls after we took possession of the vehicle.
Stay away from this place crooks I am suing them told me warranty was bumper to bumper just powerytrain sold me a lemon stay away
