He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions via video call so I didn't have to drive the hour it takes to get to their dealership. He addressed all my concerns. I appreciated his availability and willingness to help - he made himself available to answer any questions I had, even after the sale was complete and offered to ship 2 cords for my Android auto (via overnight) since I didn't have one, as well as giving me his contact information and encouraged me to call back with any issues in the future. 5 stars for him and a big thumbs up!

Today I came in for some finishing touches to my custom black out package and the service department experience was very plush. When I purchased my car I didn’t pay any attention to what goes on in the service department. Refreshments and snacks along with comfortable chairs was not what I was used to from my previous dealership. I saw Chris and he gave me the same 5 star treatment as if I was purchasing a new car all over again. He was very attentive making sure that I was ok while waiting and even kept me updated on the process so I never had to get up. While waiting on my car I was assisted by Shina. She is awesome as well and helped me with all my questions regarding my warranty. Another great experience at Audi Marietta.
