Very disappointed yesterday after I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil & filter change on my Fiat 124 Spider. I was given a price reduction, but I never receiver the Free 23 Point Inspection report. I was suppose to also get a Free Alignment check, But have no idea even if they did any for the above beside the the oil and filter change. I drove from Lebanon, Ohio because I used Key the last time and did receive all the vehicle check information. I guess I need to go back to Jack Sweeney in Florence, KY to get the 23 point inspection report.

Key Chrysler gave us superior service with our car. We had issues that Chrysler Corp. would not help us with. Key went above and beyond our expectations in the quality of service and assistance they gave us. Highly recommend.

A check engine light was my reason for the dealership visit. Turns out that various wires and parts had been chewed on by the groundhog and the service staff advised me to contact my auto insurance company. Service was awesome and I would never hesitate to go back We had a few good laughs about the damage done but the help offered by the staff could not be topped
