What Others Say

This is my second new Toyota Corolla purchase and first time at Koons Arlington Toyota. The sale associate, Valerii, was very professional. There was minimal up-sale and I didn't feel pressured dealing with finance and insurance. The extended warranty and care packages were explained in good detail. I didn't get any of these because that was my original plan but I appreciate the information.

Very helpful, reserved the vehicle for me on the phone. delivered it with a minmum of fuss

Very satisfied with customer service. Valeriy and Sergei did a great job to help me.

Very efficient and helpful service . Explains the repairs very well. I appreciate the complementary rides service.

Mgr. Stole sale away from my Salesman by stalling on service records! I shouldn’t have to go through my local Toyota dealer to find out what Koons Toyota had access to..??!! the delay lost me the sale. When you are deciding on buying a car out of state their should be set of guidelines the dealer should follow. 1) Transparency ie Records of past servicing to know what has been done. 2) Checklist of what has been checked & completed to vehicle from service department not just a $250 detail, oil & filters change w/ smog chk for $1200. ie % of brakes, depth of tires tread & date code, Battery check ie date & voltage under load etc. Normal dealer service point inspection results for potential to weigh to decide as not able to even test drive. Also didn’t allow me to put a $500 hold till I found out what I needed to make decision. Smokescreen Stalling was clearly tactics here for mgr. to sell it to a friend from under my Salesman..!! My local Toyota dealer was shocked by this… Thanks for wasting my 3 days of my Time… Oh & it’s still on every online site so as to troll for suckers w/ we just sold it but we have… ie JTEDC3EH2D2014433 is the Bait hi hy btw. If a dealer is going to advertise to potential out of state buyers then they should be transparent vs take it or leave it attitude and I will give you to the count of 3 tactics… I would expect this from a local non Toyota dealer.. Shameful .. the owner hopefully will hear about this as sometimes this is what it takes for positive change.. -Richard Pitt

Delivered a brand new car to me without wiper fluid. Dismissed my questions. New car also leaked a greasy substance. Was told that this is normal for all cars all the time each time they are parked. Nonsense. I have owned several Toyotas and never experienced a continuous leak.
