In my thirty plus years in sales and as a business owner; I have never experienced a more deceitful, unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional group. This dealership ( from management to my salesperson) exemplify why people hold such a low regard for employees in the car industry. Needless to say, I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Do yourself a big favor- shop elsewhere.
I recently purchased a Lexus ES 350 from New Country Lexus. My purchase experience was excellent. The salesman Chris Kelley was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. A pleasure to work with as he explained the various vehicles and options. Once purchased the transaction moved along expediently and efficiently assisted by Beny. When I picked up the vehicle the tech expert was very helpful and spent the time to review the technical features of the car. An overall rewarding experience
I contacted the dealership about a used car. Very fast response to answer my question. We were buying online and had concerns. Called the next morning and Hector sent a video. I wanted to make sure what my out the door price to move forward. The dealer has a reputation for add on, such as to fill the tires with Nitrogen and a $1000 interior glass coat. This was at 9:15 am . He asked where the car was going to be register at to figure my OTD price. In the meantime I contacted a Germain Service center down the road to inspect the car since buying sight unseen. By 11:39 I have't heard back about the price and sending a deposit. I text back since I haven't heard back and stated I had an appointment to have the car inspected. Got a text, the vehicle was sold. Texted back and never heard a response. It is a shame because I was ready to inquire about another car to purchase as well for another family member. Needless to say, lack of customer service.....
I live in SC but found the car I’d been looking for at New Country. Hector did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable throughout despite the distance. I would highly recommend the sales team in Westport.

I recently purchased a NX 350h My experience with Mario Kimpo was excellent He Took the time to explain the differences between the different models. Listen to my concerns and preferences, matched me up perfectly with the vehicle I purchased from him. it was knowledgeable, and in tune, he a great sales person, and a keeper!
