Mazda South Service department was grossly incompetent with my Miata and unable to repair it. Had an appointment at Mazda South to service passenger air bag sensor on my 2010 Miata. Three days later I am told the problem is a part in the steering wheel which needs to be replaced. One week later I receive a text message with a link to a video of someone explaining they can't figure out what is wrong with the passenger airbag. There was no info in the video about my car, just someone with a foreign accent stating they can't find the problem so far. Called service department a few times without success, but was eventually told the part in the steering wheel did not fix the problem. Next day someone called and recommended I pay for more parts to see if they fixed the problem. I asked, and the service person stated they were unsure if the parts would work. No matter what, the customer pays for the parts, fixed or not. It was 10 days after my appointment and I didn't want someone guessing what part would fix the car while I paid for each failed repair. So I told the service department I would pickup the car the next day. 24 hours later I got to Mazda South Service and went in to pay my bill and was acosted by a large dog who was interested in my pants. The three people in the service department didn't look over and didn't seem to know I was there, so I asked if the dog could be called off. Then someone asked me if I needed any help. (?) I paid the bill for the $300 part which didn't fix anything and was told someone would bring the car around. 10 minutes went by and someone comes out to tell me my Miata cannot be found, and I can wait in the customer lounge until they find it. 10 more minutes go by and someone comes over to tell me that someone in the service department is driving the car so it will pass inspection. (What the xxxx? I didn't get an inspection!) 20 minutes later I was told the car was ready to go. Sat in my Miata and noticed the steering wheel was off center and the passenger air bag was still TURNED OFF! You cannot troubleshoot the passenger airbag if IT IS TURNED OFF! Mazda South Service Department charged me for a part which I didn't need, mis-aligned my steering wheel, took my car for a joy ride and lied about it, then tried to troubleshoot the passenger airbags while they were TURNED OFF! My horrible service at Mazda South took 10 days, hundreds of dollars, and all I got was sexual harassment by a large dog.

I was pretty upset coming into this dealership after North Park Mazda in San Antonio tried screwing me over into a car I didn’t even want and low balling my trade in. Virgil White was beyond helpful and was nothing short of amazing. My trade in and my lease they offered me blew every other offer out of the water and the paperwork was fast and easy. I was out of the dealership within 30 mins tops. After they sealed the amazing deal on my CX-50 I will now be spreading the word and will be recommending this dealership to everyone. If you are in the San Antonio area and are in the market for a new car specific a Mazda DO NOT!! go to North Park go to Roger Beasley Mazda South and ask for Virgil. He will treat you like family and they will take care of you!!!

We came to Roger Beasley Mazda South to test drive two CX-5, one is new 2024 car other is certified 2023 one. With the great helps from William, a nice salesman, we purchased the certified 2023 CX-5. We are very pleased with William and the Mazda team here. Nice work with both dealership manager and financial manager is a plus, too. Nice work! Keep going!

Had to trade in another vehicle. Also had one bad experience. But overall they are very nice and willing to help you. I still give them a five.
