What Others Say

While the service advisor does an adequate job, I do not feel the shop lives up to the stated #1 standard of service. I have returned twice to address "Service Tire Monitoring System (replacement of sensors cost over $700). I returned shortly after to purchase two new tires and rotate the front tires to the rear (over $500). One day later the monitoring system was flashing again. One of the new front tires showed 37Lbs of pressure, the other front tire did not register at all. I followed up on a Wednesday with the service advisor and was asked to call back on Monday. Not receiving a return call, I am forced to register this complaint here. What is needed here is visual prove that the sensors were changed and that those who worked on my vehicle were certified by GM to do so. I expect to have follow up by the company official who is responsible for all of the service departments of the Cochran dealerships. This was the second Buick I've owned, both were purchased in Michigan. If not resolved, it is my intention to visit GM Headquarters.

Great service at a great price. Thanks to Christy who guided me through the service on my vehicle.

Trying to make contact with service department is an endless effort without a call back on several messages left. I am at this point very disheartened with Cochran Buick and AT this point and time will look elsewhere for service and future purchases. Sorry for this sad but UNSATISFACTORTY response as the Car salesman " Tyrese "was extremally kind and helpful at time of purchase at the Robinson Twp dealership

I would like to share my experience with this dealership. I was in contact with Eric the sales manager prior to taking a 5 hour regrettable drive to go pick up a potential pick up truck. A day before arriving I was then in contact with Tyrese from sales and wanted to make sure everything was going to be ready for when I arrived. Upon arrival we found out the truck was used by someone from the dealership for the past two months while being at the dealership. The mileage was not accurate from the online description. Within two months, there was almost 2K miles put on the truck. Ontop of that, the interior and exterior of the truck was filthy. There were crumbs all over and in the cup holder, bird poop all over, and the rims had rash (salt) damage. The tires were not for that truck, they were low profile which is not for an off road truck. This cannot go unnoticed at this dealership. I took a 10 hour total trip with my wife and our pup and had to fill up twice. Not only did I waste my Saturday, time and money, the sales manager Eric shrugged it off and just said sorry. We feel like were deceived and baited to make this drive to get the truck that turned to out to be not the truck as advertised.

Great dealership, friendly staff, good service, would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and great service.

This is an update to my visit to #1 Cochran. I was contacted by a member of management and they agreed that I was overcharged. They were kind enough to refund half of my bill and returned it to my account. I really appreciated that and it goes to show that sometimes you just have to bring your problem to the correct persons attention.
