Not to knock restored cars, but theres just something special about originality. The consigner states hes owned this beauty since the early 1980s. While in his care, the car has never been involved in an accident. In fact, the majority of the Marlboro Maroon paint is believed to be original. Under the hood, youll find a 350/300hp small block and the correct vin stamped clearly in view on the front engine pad.(Casting#3970010). The chrome bumper cars are becoming hard to find and, therefore, very sought after. This one features, power steering, power brakes, tilt and telescopic, and two tops. And yes, the headlights work! Only 6,648 Corvette convertibles were believed to be manufactured in 1970. How many are still on the road today and displaying such originality as this classic representation of, Americans Sportscar.
